The processes eWAY goes through to maintain compliance include a Self-Assessment Questionnaire, an External Vulnerability Assessment and an onsite review by an external Qualified Security Assessor (QSA). GR-TEK Computers do not store any of your Credit Card details.

All computers are custom built by professional system engineers and are despatched within 4-6 business days from when we receive confirmation of payment.

On very rare occasions, we may incur a delay in parts delivery which may delay your order. If your order is delayed for any reason beyond the 6 Business days we will email you and let you know.

You can be assured that your computer will be packed & shipped securely and be fully insured during transit. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your computer order has been despatched.

Your computer order will be despatched to the address provided with your order unless you email us with alternative details. Any changes to your order must be emailed to us in advance.
